COVERAGE RATE

Coverage Over Plain Concrete: @ 2 coats 500-600 square feet per 5 gallons.

Over Sprayed Deck: @ 2 coats 400-500 square feet per 5 gallons.

PACKAGING

SelectGuard 30% Solids Clear Acrylic Solvent Based Sealer is packaged in 55 gallon (208 liter) drums and 5 gallon (18.9 liter pails).

PRECAUTIONS/LIMITATIONS

Concrete surface must be above 40° F during application and drying time.

Always use in adequately ventilated areas or use respirator during indoor applications.

Do not apply over damp surfaces.

Do not apply over water based sealers.

Do not use on wood surfaces.

Do not use on areas vulnerable to solvent attack.

SPECIFICATIONS and PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

Conforms to ASTM C-309, Type 1, Class B. Meets or exceeds applicable Federal Standard TT-C555B, HUD approved.
